Born and Bread in Brisbane Craig Muller, is with over 14 years cooking experience and brings a lot of new ideas and experience.
Craig did his Apprenticeship at the old Rosati's on the Park with John Gambaro & dell'ugo New Farm along side Angelo and Victorio. Two of the biggest Italian chefs around brisbane and who started New Farm for what it is!
Craig now works along side with Nicola at New Farm to bring new and fresh ideas!
He has designed our new winter menu so come on in and enjoy some fantastic new elegant meals which include many vegetarian dishes with fresh organic produce, Craig Muller brings to dell'Ugo many years of external experience.
Craig loves to play with fresh and oraganic ingredients to make a flavoursome dish.
