Yianni Passaris as been working at dell'ugo for over 6 years. First started when he finished High school In 2005. He has learnt to run a successful restaurant along side with his parents Michael & Soula.

He is a big part of dell'Ugo southbank now, Yianni takes care of the bar and floor and keeping the restaurant up to date as he has many new & fresh ideas!

Yianni has also designed the wine list for dell'Ugo and take very much pride to have some excellent wines to accomadate beautiful food.
