Seven years ago Soula had a dream of owning and operating her own restaurant. In her mind she had it all planned - a lime and chocolate colour scheme, stone walls, a fun, relaxed atmosphere and authentic, flavoursome food.

“The South Bank restaurant is essentially the same as the New Farm restaurant, but with a more contemporary feel,” Soula explains. “We feel very much a part of South Bank.” Once people try these dishes, the next time they come in, they order them for themselves, Soula says, After only a couple of months, they feel very much a part of South Bank.
