Michael Passaris has been working for dell'Ugo for last 5 years. He had worked for Westpac for 26yrs as a teller than worked his way up to financial planning. He is a brains for advise and furture planning for the company.

He brings laughter and happyness to the restaurant and shows any customer how to have a good time.

Michael also worked for Cafe Paradise 20 years ago on Caxton Street Paddington and also at Sirocco's Greek Resataurant in Southbank 13 years ago. Being a dancing waiter for morjority of his life, Michael will give you a great feeling when dining at dell'Ugo Southank.
