Our Brisbane Restaurant DellUgo Southbank was opened on Thursday 30th September 2004 by Soula, Michael, Yianni Passaris and their partners Joe and Gloria Robertiello. This modern Brisbane based Italian restaurant has a southern Italian cuisine specialising in seafood, meat and homemade pasta and many imported Italian produce.
You will find many modern Italian meals from many different regions of Italy on the menu of DellUgo Southbank and our customers will be able to experience the wonderful dishes specially prepared by the team of very professional and experienced chefs from Italy. You will also experience not only the great food, but the excellent customer service and wonderful atmosphere created for the many customers who visit this elegant yet comfortable restaurant.
Our Brisbane Restaurant is located in Little Stanley Street in Southbank opposite the Southbank parklands and has spectacular views of Southbank's lush gardens.
We are just a short walk from the Brisbane Convention Centre and Queensland Performing Art Centre QPac.
dellUgo Southbank Brisbane opened its doors as a Restaurant in 2004 with the Robertiello family and is operated and owned by Soula Passaris. Soula and Guiseppe have been working together for over 20 years and have created a successful Italian dining establishment.
At dellUgo Southbank we are also very passionate about our wines and we have a very extensive wine list from Italy, Australia and New Zealand. We recently completed our new wine cabinets which holds over 1200 wines.
We have many successful wine luncheons and have many themed nights such as Christmas in July, Venetian Nights and Fundraising Luncheons contributing funds to Make-a-Wish Australia, Mater Hospital Childrens Foundation and Royal Brisbane Childrens Cancer Foundation.
We can cater up to 120 people and cater for corporate clients, weddings, birthdays and Christmas parties. We have a very experienced wedding co-ordinator and Soula can help take the pressure off you when it comes to the reception.
Every September we celebrate our Birthday with our Annual Fundraising luncheon with Live and Silent auctions.
So far to date we have raised over $120,000 towards Make-a-Wish Australia, Mater Hospital Childrens Foundation and Royal Brisbane Childrens Cancer Foundation. Book early as its always a special day to have fun with your friends and help raise money to find a cure for cancer so our little angels have a hope in life.
